"Wow, you guys—so much has happened in just the last two months! We're building our new house (ready in May!)
, selling our current home, and I'm finally moving my art room back into my old photography studio. That space has been my husband’s high-end audio business since 2007, but I originally moved out in 2014 to stay home with the kids. Our new house is much smaller and doesn’t have room for a dedicated art space, so I’m happily taking over a cozy little room at the studio instead. Before I could move in, we had to completely redecorate the area where all the audio gear was going. We painted, installed fresh acoustic wall panels, rearranged everything—and once the gear was moved, the room looked incredible! Giant TV still to be hung!
Then it was my turn. I brought in our favorite movers for the big pieces, and I spent several days handling the rest.
Right in the middle of all the chaos, we snuck away for a quick, much-needed reset in our travel trailer, Minnie. Best decision ever.
My old art room was a total dream—it was the biggest space I’ve ever had! But honestly, this new setup is already helping me focus in a way I’ve been craving. I’ve really struggled with concentration lately, so I’m beyond excited to have a dedicated, inspiring spot again.

I can’t wait to dive into so many art projects this year—including my upcoming solo exhibition in May! (More details soon—stay tuned!) Here is the link to my YouTube Video about my entire move! https://youtu.be/xp6BoM9cvPI?si=zTCTB5XyyokCSH1-
